We can come into your office and set up your accounting software as well as the paper flow and task management aspects of your bookkeeping to make it a more "smooth operating" system, then train you or your office personnel to use it.

Accounting services in your office.
If you or your employee enter the financial activity, we can come in on a regular schedule to answer any accounting/quickbooks questions, reconcile the bank and credit card accounts, and review the months activity to make sure it's all entered correctly.

Bookkeeping services in your office.
We can serve as a full charge bookkeeper on a part time basis, coming in to your office to pay the bills, invoice the clients, process payroll, make deposits, update the checkbook, reconcile the bank account, prepare tax deposits, & produce monthly financial statements.

Bookkeeping services from our office.
Bring your paperwork to us (or we will pickup & deliver) and we'll do your bookkeeping from our office. We suggest monthly or quarterly to keep you informed throughout the year, and avoid paying for a big project at tax time, but some folks like to bring in the whole year at once to be processed & forwarded to their tax preparer.

Or one time projects.
We're available for those once in a while projects, like putting together a report of your personal assets and living expenses for a hearing regarding child support, or social security. Maybe you need a report on the value of your business so you can buy out your partner. Or maybe you haven't reconciled those bank statements in a long time and now you really aren't sure how much money there should be in the bank because your register doesn't agree with the bank statement.
